Are there any products available?

The availability of our products is on the page of each product.

How do I save products to my account?

You can keep products on the wish list so that you can easily find them when you want to buy them. The wish list appears in the account of each user on all product pages with the indication “favorites” as well as in the shopping cart.

ORDER MONITORING

How do I know if my order has been placed?

When you place your order, we will be sent an e-mail detailing the products you have ordered, as well as your billing address. We will call you or send you an e-mail to confirm it.

How do I know the status of my order?

In your account and in the box that says “Orders”, you can see a summary of all the orders you have made. In particular, in the column that says status, you see the progress of your order.

The following list lists the situations in which your order may be located:

  • Payment pending – Order received, payment did not start. Waiting for payment.
  • Failure – Payment failed or rejected (no payment) or requires authentication (SCA). Note that this status may not appear immediately and may appear as Pending until verified (eg PayPal).
  • Processing – Payment received (paid) and stock reduced. The order awaits to be completed. All product orders require processing.
  • Completed – Order completed – no further action required.
  • Pending – Waiting for payment – the stock has been reduced, but you have to confirm the payment.
  • Canceled – Canceled by Administrator or Customer – stock increased, no further action required.
  • Refund – Refund from administrator – no further action required.
  • Authentication required – Waiting for the client to authenticate the transaction and / or complete the SCA requirements.

How do I monitor the progress of my order?

For your part, through your account, in the “Orders” option, you can see detailed information about the orders you have placed. Each order has a unique code, date made, current status, and the amount you were charged.

Credit or debit card details are protected by an online security system that guarantees a completely secure trading environment.

We would like to inform you that the first time you use your card in our online store, you may be asked to send a copy of your ID as well as the card you used for the transaction (with only the last 4 digits on the front visible and with the details of the three-digit CVV security code on the back covered)

Can I return a product if I do not want it?

When can I receive a product?

The deliveries of the products are made in the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece through the General Post Company within 3-4 working days, if the product is in stock, at a cost of 5 euros per order. Which is shipping cost for my order?

The deliveries of the products are made in the Prefecture of Attica and the rest of Greece through the General Post Office. Shipping costs amount to € 5, while for orders over € 250 it is FREE.
