ORDER MONITORING

How do I know if my order has been placed?

When you place your order, we will be sent an e-mail detailing the products you have ordered, as well as your billing address. We will call you or send you an e-mail to confirm it.

How do I know the status of my order?

In your account and in the box that says “Orders”, you can see a summary of all the orders you have made. In particular, in the column that says status, you see the progress of your order.

The following list lists the situations in which your order may be located:

  • Payment pending – Order received, payment did not start. Waiting for payment.
  • Failure – Payment failed or rejected (no payment) or requires authentication (SCA). Note that this status may not appear immediately and may appear as Pending until verified (eg PayPal).
  • Processing – Payment received (paid) and stock reduced. The order awaits to be completed. All product orders require processing.
  • Completed – Order completed – no further action required.
  • Pending – Waiting for payment – the stock has been reduced, but you have to confirm the payment.
  • Canceled – Canceled by Administrator or Customer – stock increased, no further action required.
  • Refund – Refund from administrator – no further action required.
  • Authentication required – Waiting for the client to authenticate the transaction and / or complete the SCA requirements.

How do I monitor the progress of my order?

For your part, through your account, in the “Orders” option, you can see detailed information about the orders you have placed. Each order has a unique code, date made, current status, and the amount you were charged.
